We shall protect you Applicable privacy data protection laws.

Cancellation Policy

• 0 -15 days prior to check in: – No refund.
• 15 days prior to check in: – 50% refund.
• 30 days prior to check in: – 100% refund.
• Postponement/ refund are possible only upto 15 days before check in dates. There will be no refund for no show/ stay cut short.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures(like harthal /bandh/strike ) or any untoward incidents. In that case no refund or postponement is entertained.

Proof of Identity

As per the latest GOI directives , all guests are requested to carry a valid photo identity (VotersID, Pan Card, Armed forces identity card etc). It is compulsory for foreign nationals and NRIs to carry their passport with valid visas or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card. Relevant documents/ copies have to be produced at the time of check in.
